LC Wellness Management

LC Wellness Management transforms how organizations think about health, wellness, and the environments their people work and live in. We recognized a major gap - not only in how buildings manage fitness amenities, but in how companies use health and wellness to support culture, performance, and retention. We filled that gap with a people-first, connection-driven model.

We go far beyond “gym operations.” We create environments where community thrives, wellness becomes part of the culture, and people feel supported mentally and physically.

What We Offer: • Turnkey facility management for gyms & fitness amenities • Corporate wellness programs (workshops, health clubs, challenges, fitness classes) • Virtual & hybrid wellness for companies without onsite gyms • Systems that boost tenant attraction, retention, and employee engagement • Programs that reduce stress, improve morale, and strengthen community • Partnerships with insurance & benefits providers for preventative health support

Who We Work With: Commercial buildings, residential towers, hospitality, private clubs, corporate offices, and organizations seeking meaningful wellness solutions.

At LC, our mission is simple: Build better environments, strengthen culture, and help people feel and perform their best - every single day.
