Register and activate
Start from the MyCity login link on the city’s page. Choose the registration link below the login button, enter an email and password, and follow the activation email. Log back in after activating.
Choose Register Account and have the latest invoice for each service ready. Taxes use the folio number; other services use their account number. The invoice also supplies the access code.

Available services
You can link property taxes, metered utilities, business licences and dog licences. The system shows current and previous notices, payment history and account balances.
Metered accounts also show reading and consumption history. You may opt to receive property-tax and metered-utility notices by email rather than waiting for mail.

Payments and separate responsibilities
MyCity accepts outstanding account payments with a 2% non-refundable merchant fee. Account registration does not itself pay a bill or renew a dog licence.
Use the account balance and invoice details to confirm the correct service and payment. The city links a detailed setup guide for troubleshooting.
